   i bought my first 1 and he knew every single bad non-racist word. then he taught it to our second 1

   @gabyjad= dude it takes around mhmm 5 months to know you u should play with it and feed it alot make it feel like a good friend and it would just staire at you fromt time to time.

   Yeah, though it’s less likely they’ll learn to talk. I have 2 and one of them talks a little bit, though.

    For one, people shouldn’t only get one bird just so it learns to walk, the bird can go through alot of stress if it’s too lonely and you would be doing this just for yourself. I got 2 parakeets at the same time, and my one talks.

    If you repeatedly play it they will get bored with the noise and not try to repeat it.

    Pet Store staff really know nothing, they take poor care of their animals, too.

    hey i have my own ringneck parakeet did she talk?????? i have searshing buy youtube and i have foud it talking but i don’t know if that is true if some one have a answer plzz answer me okay try plz:(:(:(

    i tend to disagree about the talking
    i have 4 budgies and mine dont talk like some raving budgies , but the things they do say are coherant and said to get spacific things or expres views

    stuf like “i love you” “sleep”"flie” etc

    ex when they want to “snuggel” they say “i love you” to eachother.

    they aparently know that snugeling = love

    they never “talk”to just make a sound becouse they then just parakeet chater.

    Well, if you interact with your budgie it wont get lonley but if you dont have time to interact with it you should buy another parakeet I would recommend two or three more parakeets the more parakeets you have the more they can play and mabye breed if you want to have more.

    My Bird would tempt my cat and Yell “Here kitty kitty!!!” And My Dads Name is Dock. Everytime he walked in the room, he would say “WHats Up Dock!” HAa

    i just got a parakeet on new years day on 2009 but now its 2010!itblue and its white and black it says pretty bird
