you don’t have to, but they are easier to train with their wings clipped,
but when i got my parakeet, i hand trained right away so i never went to go get them clipped again.

hey can i get some help plz because its the second day i have my new budgie it can perch on my finger. it was on my finger once i took it out of the cage, she was calm she hopped on my shoulder. and then went nuts trying to fly away. it hit the window then it hit one giant mirror , she flew to the top on a curtain wire and eventually i got it back in her back in the cage. how do i train it to not fly away once its out?
