Just bought an albino parakeet is he sick?

Ok sunday (7 days ago) I bought an albino parakeet! All the other “normal” budgie was picking and picking on him!! Well I felt sad for the little guy and took him home Well . . . . it has been 7 days and he still looks very very sad He is always barring his head in his back and sleeping! I’ve only seen him eat a little bit of seed one time! I have 5 others birds in their that are very very loud but no noises from him!! I am getting scared is he sick? Do albino parakeets act different from the rest help please?

Are albino parakeets a result of inbreeding?

I was wondering because i heard that white tigers are a result of inbreeding… and i know that they have serious health problems because of it.

Whats the difference between an albino parakeet and a regular parakeet?
