Is this method of training my parakeet to talk going to work?

I have recorded my voice saying “hello” over and over and put it on a cd. i put the raido next to its cage and played it. WILL THIS WORK OR IS THERE A BETTER WAY?

i would pet him and talk to him but he goes crazy even when you get near. my tame one died when it got its foot stuck in bottom of the cage.
does anybody know about how long it will take to teach him to say hello

Questions about training a parakeet?

My grandma just bought a parakeet and she needs to know how to put her hand in the cage without the bird biting her. I guess she wants to train it to be friendly and come out of its house and go back in without a huge disaster. She says its wings aren’t clipped. If she doesn’t get them clipped, how can she train it without it just flying away?

I need urgent parakeet training and taming tips!?

My parakeet, Lucky, is tame but not so tame. I can take him out with no fuss, he wont bite, he is not a bad bird. But I have two other parakeets who are really scared and I want them to be tamed. I can take them out too, but Lucky and the other parakeets are scared of me. Help!
P.S. Can you tell me some tricks I could teach my budgies? Thanks!
