Need help daignosing my parakeet’s problem?

I woke up this morning and went to feed my parakeets and I noticed there is something wrong with one of them. Symptoms are ruffled/swollen appearance, lethargy, and can’t move around too well. He is acting narcoleptic. I have no way to get him to a vet today so I want to find out if there is anything I can do and what is wrong with him. Please help, my daughter will be devestated if she comes home from school & finds out he’s dead. Thank you.
Thanks for all the help guys, but the bird passed away this afternoon. Now I just hope his girlfriend doesn’t get the same problem too.

My parakeet is having a terrible eye problem. It is swollen and tearing up. What should I do?

Is there any Over-the-counter medicines? And the names and/ or brand of medication? Should I take him to a vet? He seems to lose his balance. Shoud I seperate my other bird from him (this bird is in great health)?
