what’s wrong with my parakeet?

I have 2 seven year old parakeets. But on of them which usually looks better (with less missing feathers on the head) has alot of his feathers missing. im not sure if its a health problem or if its just natural for budgies (parakeets) I think its a health problem because i see many parakeets at petco with no feathers missing on there head. i have no idea whats the reason for this.

Whats the difference between an albino parakeet and a regular parakeet?

Everyones always saying
my ALBINO parakeet is acting wierd
my ALBINO parakeet doesnt eat

Is it rare to have an albino?
like is it a status thing?
