I can’t even remember. It was part of a kit at PetCo. We have a new “branch” for them to walk on, in order to make their environment more comfortable. I highly recommend a coconut cup to hold their bird food in. They also LOVE millet and cuttlebones, not to mention honey and berry treat bars. They’re spoiled little bird.

I did that with my parakeet but eventually when you don’t do it they will think they left him or her and they will become quiet upset
    i suggest not doing this
after that time i didn’t do it again (it was an accident)

I just got my parakeets yesterday and they have not made any sound or ate anything for about 24 hours.Once I played this video, they got so excited and started grooming themselves and actually started eating.I have played many other videos but I do not get the same great reaction as from this one

  24. ChrisFromCali on March 12th, 2010 7:35 am

just got my new bird, as soon as I played this video he purked right up and started talking!

  25. symna on March 12th, 2010 8:22 am

Do you mind making more videos of your parakeet. I adopted yesterday one parakeet and he does not eat yet. I am worried for that. But now I played your video he chirps twice. so you may make more videos as it helps the birds to feel better. thanks
