I can tell you right now she may try but I would go get another adult male, place him in a cage next to hers a few days and then put him in with her so they may raise the babies together this soon. Sorry about your male I hope she hatches the eggs out for ya.

Yeah she should do if all three eggs hatch you may loose one because she can’t keep up with feeding but no she should do fine.
She should. Birds have strong maternal instincts. Make sure you’re offering her a good breeding mix, so the babies are getting enough vitamins (she’ll need the extra nutrients too, first after laying all those eggs and now caring for them alone). Also see if you can find a good avian vet in your area, that way, just in case she is having trouble somewhere down the line, you’ll have somewhere reliable to take the babies; normal vets don’t have much experience with birds and are liable to make mistakes.
